Get Started with VPNTea
Follow the sequence: create an account, choose a plan, get the subscription, import it into your client, and verify the connection. Complete each task before moving on to the next.
Interface note: Menu names may vary slightly between operating systems and client versions. Look for “Subscription,” “Import from URL,” “Add configuration,” or a similarly named option; the button text does not need to match this guide exactly.

Create an Account and Open the User Panel
Start by opening VPNTea’s account creation page. Registration only requires a username and password; no email address is needed. Your username will be used to sign in later, so save your password separately and do not reuse it on other websites. Submit the form when finished. If the page says the username is already taken, choose a recognizable name that does not contain sensitive personal information and submit it again.
After the account is created, the page will open the user panel. The panel is the central place for plans, subscriptions, clients, and support tickets; the marketing pages do not provide installation packages or subscription links directly. When changing devices, return to the same panel to get the client and subscription instead of searching chat history or unfamiliar pages for old files.
Once inside the panel, check that the username shown at the top or in the account area is the one you just set. Having no plan at this point is normal; next, open the plans area and choose the allowance that suits you. If the page is still on the sign-in screen, use the username and password you just created. There is no need to create another account.

Choose a Plan for Your Data Needs
On the plans page, first decide whether you need a steady monthly connection or a long-term data package. Monthly subscriptions come in three tiers: ¥9.9/month for 60GB, ¥18/month for 250GB, and ¥28/month for 500GB. Monthly data resets on the activation date, making these plans suitable for accounts with a fairly consistent usage pattern and a regularly renewed allowance.
For occasional or unpredictable use, consider a data package. Options are ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB, and ¥658/3000GB. Data lasts until it is used and never expires. Do not compare only the total price; also consider whether you want the allowance to renew automatically each month. Occasional short-term use and sustained long-term use follow different billing models, so choose the right type first to avoid later changes.
After confirming your plan, proceed to checkout. Alipay, WeChat Pay, and USDT are supported. Before paying, check the plan name, data allowance, and amount once more, then return to the user panel after payment. If you upgrade a monthly subscription mid-cycle, the difference is prorated by the remaining days. If you only need more data temporarily, check your remaining allowance before changing plans.
VPNTea offers 60-day no-questions-asked refunds. After a successful payment, there is no need to place another order or refresh the payment page repeatedly to create multiple orders. Return to the account overview and check the plan status. Once the plan is active, continue to get your subscription.

Get Your Subscription from the Account Overview
Once your plan is active, open the account overview in the user panel. The subscription section shows your current plan, remaining data, and the subscription access point. Click to copy the subscription link, and the system will place the address for your account on the clipboard. This is not a regular webpage; clients read it and convert it into a usable route list. Seeing text or a download prompt when opening it in a browser does not indicate an error.
The subscription link is tied to your current account and should only be pasted into clients you use. Do not post it publicly or include the full address in screenshots. To use another device, sign in to the same user panel and copy the link again. VPNTea does not limit the number of devices online at the same time, so you do not need a separate account for each device.
The address below only illustrates what a subscription link looks like. It is an obvious dummy value, cannot connect to VPNTea, and contains no real account information:

Next, use the panel’s download area to get the client for your current system, then import the subscription address you just copied. If another action overwrites the clipboard, return to the overview and copy it again.

Import the Client on Each Platform
Open the download area in the user panel and choose the client for your current system. This site does not publish direct installation package links; both the client and subscription are obtained from the signed-in user panel. Once installed, the core steps are the same: find the subscription import option, paste the link, save the configuration, and run a subscription update. After a successful update, the client will show a list of regions and routes.
WINWindows
In the user panel, choose Windows to get the VPNTea client that supports subscription URL imports. Install and open it, then find the “Subscription” option in the sidebar or configuration page. Add a new subscription and paste the link copied from the account overview into the URL field. Give the configuration a recognizable name, save it, and click Update. When the route list appears, the client has read the subscription successfully; continue to the connection page to choose a region.
If nothing changes after pasting, check that there are no extra spaces in the input field, then click Update manually instead of simply closing the window. Windows system proxy settings are usually handled by the client when you start a connection, so you do not need to change multiple system network options during initial setup.
MACmacOS
Choose macOS in the download area and get the client using the method shown in the user panel. The first launch may require you to approve app permissions. After following the system prompts, return to the client, open configuration or subscription management, and choose Import from URL. Paste the subscription link, save and update it, then choose a route after the list has finished loading.
macOS clients commonly request permission to add a network configuration the first time you connect. This authorization is required to establish the system connection and should be completed in the system confirmation window. After authorizing, return to the client and check the connection status. Do not import the same subscription again, or duplicate configurations with identical names may appear and make route selection confusing.
ANDAndroid
In the user panel, choose Android to get the VPNTea client for that system. Open the client, enter configuration management from the home menu, and choose Add from URL or Import Subscription. Long-press the input field to paste the address, save it, and run an update. Once the subscription loads, the configuration name and route list will appear in the client. Select this configuration to prepare for connection.
Android may restrict apps running in the background for extended periods. During initial setup, focus on completing the import and first connection rather than changing every battery-saving option at once. If the connection often drops after the screen locks, adjust the settings according to your device’s background-running rules. Menu layouts vary widely by manufacturer; detailed checks are covered in the mobile section of the troubleshooting handbook.
IOSiOS
Open the iOS download entry in the user panel and follow the instructions to get a client that supports subscription imports. In the client, find Add Configuration or Import from URL, paste the subscription link, and confirm. When starting the connection for the first time, iOS will show a system confirmation to add a network configuration. Confirm it, return to the client, and wait for the status to change to Connected.
If the client does not recognize a link copied from the browser, do not keep clicking the webpage. Open the client’s manual import option and paste the link there. Choose a Route and Verify the Connection
After the subscription update finishes, choose a route matching the region of the service you want to use. For content in Japan, start with a Japan route; for services in Hong Kong, Singapore, South Korea, or the United States, choose the corresponding region. During the first connection, do not switch rapidly between multiple routes. Select one, start the connection, and wait until the client clearly shows “Connected.”
After connecting successfully, open a website or app that previously required an international route and reload the content. If the page opens normally while the client remains connected, the basic setup is complete. Some already-open apps retain the network session from before connection; for testing, fully close and reopen the app or use a new browser tab.
If the target page still does not change, first check that the client has actually enabled the configuration you imported, rather than merely updating the subscription. Then confirm that the selected region matches the target service and try another route in the same region. Do not run multiple similar clients at once; they may compete for system network settings and make the connection status difficult to determine.
A completed setup should meet all of these conditions
